Our History

Our school was started in 1996 at 207 Northwest Highway in Barrington, Illinois. In just one year, our school grew and the need for more space and more parking brought us to our current location at 123 Barrington Commons Plaza, also in Barrington.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy consists of three components. We will effectively have an impact on our community through martial arts. We will have the very best instructors, teaching the most effective martial arts, period. We will use martial arts as a vehicle to develop communication and leadership skills while increasing the focus, confidence and self-control of all of our students.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to sharing our professional experience in the martial arts. We promise to provide expert instruction in a caring environment that encourages progress in personal and physical growth. We will employ time honored training techniques to build physical strength, agility, and endurance. We are committed to supporting families who are dedicated to raising respectful, confident and moral children who will help build a more peaceful world. We will help our students discover their hidden abilities and enhance natural talents through challenging, enriching and invigorating training sessions. We are devoted to all of our students, in developing self-confidence, discipline, mental focus and goal-driven performance.
